1. Services

Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and storage services. The scope of services will be detailed in the contract or service agreement between the customer and Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Customers can book our services through our website, by phone, or by visiting our office. A booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit or full payment as per the agreement.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment must be made before the completion of the service.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. A cancellation fee may apply as detailed in the service agreement.

3. Responsibilities

• Customer Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the items to be moved.
  • Ensure all items are packed appropriately if self-packing.
  • Arrange for necessary permits or permissions for the move if required.
  • Ensure presence at the pickup and delivery locations at the agreed times.
• Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers Responsibilities:
  • Handle items with care and ensure they are transported safely.
  • Provide timely and efficient services as per the agreement.
  • Communicate any delays or changes in the schedule promptly.

4. Liability

• Damage or Loss: While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Agarawal Packers and Movers is not liable for any damage or loss of items due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or theft.
• Insurance: Customers are advised to take insurance coverage for their belongings. Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers can assist in arranging insurance upon request.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or any other items prohibited by law in their shipment. Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers reserves the right to refuse the transport of such items.

6. Changes to Services

Any changes to the agreed-upon services, including the addition or removal of items, changes in pickup or delivery locations, or schedule changes, must be communicated promptly. Additional charges may apply for changes to the original agreement.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers respects your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking and service process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Agarwal Relocation Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
